PLAN FOR CNC LEADS

The CNC Leads will:
  • study FOIP – Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy https://www.servicealberta.ca/foip/
  • review the crafts that the CNC Educators have created
  • review the list of action songs that the CNC Educators have compiled and if need be add more songs
  • go to ADP find training online that would benefit you:click resources-tools-training

PLAN FOR PBLA LEADS

PLAN FOR PBLA LEADS

PBLA Leads will:

  • work with their mentees on standardizing the needs assessments documents for the new semester
  • develop a student goals’ document for the various levels and stages of LINC
  • develop an assessment task as well as a skill-using activity cover page
  • work on standardizing module plans and assessment tasks for various levels

PLAN FOR CNC EDUCATORS

The CNC Educators will:

  • study FOIP – Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy (With certificate when finished) -https://www.servicealberta.ca/foip/
  • have to find online, at(least 2 per day)different kinds of crafts for children in line with their monthly planning/interest/holidays. (Theme-based crafts).
  • prepare a list of action songs that the CNC kids will love
  • go to ADP find training online that would benefit them. Click resources-tools-training

  • revamp the CNC curriculum(develop new modules). These modules will  be sent to the CNC leads for final revisions

  • document what has been done in the daily log

PLAN FOR LINC INSTRUCTORS




LINC Instructors will:


  • Plan for teaching the class online
  • Facilitate, with the assistance of the Coordinators, phone, Skype, WhatsAPP, Viber, etc., appointments with their students daily. Please see below for details:
  • F/T LINC Literacy Instructors : 
    • a) 10 students = 30 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 300 minutes or 5 hours
      • Fridays = 18-20 minute appointments each = 180 minutes or 3 hours 
  • F/T LINC Instructors :
    • a) 12 students = 25 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 300 minutes or 5 hours
      • Fridays = 15 minute appointments each = 180 minutes or 3 hours 
    • b) 15 students = 20 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 300 minutes or 5 hours
      • Fridays = 10-12 minute appointments each = 180 minutes or 3 hours 
  • P/T AM/PM/EVE LINC Instructors :
    • a) 12 students = 15 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 180 minutes or 3 hours 
    • b) 15 students = 10-12 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 180 minutes or 3 hours
    •  c) 10 students = 18 minute appointments each, Monday to Thursday = 180 minutes or 3 hours
  • P/T WEEKEND LINC Instructors :
    • a) 12 students = 25 minute appointments each Saturday = 300 minutes or 5 hours
    • b) 15 students = 20 minute appointments each Saturday = 300 minutes or 5 hours
  • Update the attendance in School Sense after completing the appointments
  • Update their individual call log on the LINC department Google Drive (please see your email for log-in instructions)
  • During the appointments, teachers can facilitate exercises with students, direct them to online learning resources, provide feedback to them, send them resources, etc.
